We stayed at the Blue Bird Inn on Main Street the last time we were in Cambria. It is an older motel, nothing spectacular but is well kept and the staff were kind and helpful. We chose one of the less expensive rooms, it was nice for us, quiet, clean and just what we were looking for. There is a nice hiking trail out in the back of the motel and it over looks the creek. It’s right in their old downtown area (east Main) so you can park at the motel and walk to all the shops and restaurants. There was an awesome restaurant practically next door where we ate a delicious breakfast. It is called Creekside Cafe.
