There is a small roadside attraction in Traver CA, with many things to see and do. A restaurant, a gourmet foods store featuring locally grown and processed foods. A gift shop, and a cheese factory where you can watch the workers make the cheese!
There are animals to see and a food dispenser where for .25 you can purchase pellets for the kids to feed the animals.
There are antiques everywhere you look, and although I haven’t eaten there it sure smells good when you are walking around. 
There is a massive tree house and other play houses.
